G’day and Season’s Greetings from the Dog House! To our customers, family and friends who have made our progress possible we extend our warmest wishes for the holiday season and a prosperous and peaceful new year for 2017. This month marks two years since we began making lures again after a ten year absence from the fishing tackle industry. It has had “it’s good days, bad days and going half mad days” (Jimmy Buffet) but all in all it has been a lot of fun doing what I love to do – craft lures. A huge thank you to all of those who have encouraged and supported us throughout those two years by buying the product, sharing their fishing photos, following us on Facebook, signing up to our Newspaper and giving us feedback and helping us to spread the word. We often ask you for your feedback or if there is anything you think we should do to improve our service to you? Is there anything that you would like to see in the way of new lures? We have had a few suggestions to date but we would love to hear yours as well We are working on several new designs and resurrecting some popular old designs that are no longer around??? To qualify for the Old Dog Lures Honour Board you must catch and release your trophy fish and you must photograph the fish being measured, preferably on a brag mat or have a third party verify the length of the fish, email the photo of the fish with the Old Dog Lure
