Our apologies it has been awhile between Newspapers but things in the Dog House have been hectic, like a dog's breakfast sort of, but we haven't been sleeping!
What have we been doing? We are always saying "your feedback is important to us" and it is. Honestly, sometimes we don't always like what you have to say but we listen and we try to incorporate your suggestions where we can because you are important to us and we appreciate your loyalty. Sometimes these changes can take a little time so thanks for your patience.
We have changed our packaging. Above is a picture of the new packaging. People were telling us they didn't like the packaging because they felt that the lures didn't present as being timber and handcrafted. While going through the re-design process we updated our logo and it seems you approve! We are really happy with the changes too.
A couple of weeks ago we carried out another survey with our supportive customers and Facebook followers. These results were very encouraging, it seems we are doing a lot of things well. It seems that some of the things we are doing need improving and we will continue to work on them. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey we really appreciate it and it is helpful to us.
We have introduced two new lures - the Guttermaster 100 in a shallow and a 10+ version. The Dane is a shallow lure and its big brother is a deep lure diving to 40' or 13 metres approximately. Unfortunately we have sold out of these new models and the next batch is about three to four weeks away. Keep watching Facebook we will let you now when the new stock is available or email us to put your name on the waiting list.
