• As long as the item or items are in their original condition you may return them within 14 days of receipt for an exchange.
• Please remember to include a copy of your invoice.
• You will be notified by email when your replacement order has been dispatched.
• Postage will be at your expense. A restocking fee may apply

• All our products are 100% guaranteed against faulty workmanship and faulty materials.
• Replacement of product is at the discretion of the Old Dog.

We send all out domestic and international orders via Australia Post. Yes we ship internationally as well. Orders under $75.00 are charged a flat rate of $10.00. Free shipping is included for orders over $75.00.

Orders (excluding polos, t-shirts and tank tops) are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt excluding public holidays and weekends.
